Return & Refund Policy

Tots Retots

At Tots Retots, we strive to provide quality preowned baby gear that is clean, functional, and accurately described. Because we specialize in preowned items, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Preowned Item Disclosure

All items sold by Tots Retots are preowned unless otherwise stated. Minor cosmetic wear may be present due to normal use. We make every effort to inspect, clean, and accurately describe each item before sale.

2. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of baby gear and hygiene considerations, all sales are generally final.

Returns or refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Wrong item received

• Item significantly different from description

• Major functional issue not disclosed before purchase

3. Return Eligibility

If a return is approved:

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

• Item must remain in the same condition as received

• All original parts and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been damaged, altered, excessively used, or improperly assembled after delivery may not qualify for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Mattresses

• Opened hygiene-related products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Items marked “AS IS”

• Products damaged after delivery or pickup

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping, delivery, and assembly fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Pickup and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Inspecting items upon pickup or delivery

• Ensuring products fit their space and vehicle before purchase

Once an item has been accepted at pickup or delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment or scheduled delivery may qualify for a refund. Orders already shipped, prepared, or out for delivery may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.

8. Safety Reminder

Customers are encouraged to:

• Inspect all baby gear before use

• Follow manufacturer safety guidelines

• Check official recall notices before using any product
